Subject of the scientific investigations: technology of fabrication of the thin film optical oxide materials; optical-spectral properties of the single crystalline and thin film noncentrosymmetric nonlinear-optics materials. The technology of fabrication of the perspective nonlinear-optics systems "single crystal+thin film" for optoelectronic and nanophotonics application has been developed. The investigations of their structural and optical parameters were performed. It is shown that by their optical-spectral properties, in particular, by the transparency region, values of the refractive indices as well as by the technological parameters, including firmness to the influence of high temperatures, zinc oxide thin films, ABO and BBO single crystals and their combinations are perspectivenonlinear-optical materials that would be used for the second and higher harmonics generation. REFRACTIVE INDICES, ZINC OXIDE, LITHIUM NIOBATE, BARIUM TETRABORATE, NANOSTRUCTURES, QUANTUM SIZE EFFECT, "SINGLE CRYSTAL+THIN FILM", PHOTOLUMINESCENCE SPECTRUM, PHOTOVOLTAIC EFFECTS, SPECTRUM OF PHOTO- AND THERMODEPOLARIZATION.
