By results of the carried out experiments the models for interpretation of integrated dielectric parameters of biopolymers solutions on macromolecular level with use of X-ray diffraction date are constructed. The method for research of their conformation-dynamic properties is developed. In a combination with methods X-ray diffraction date and biochemical methods the models are developed which have allowed to carry out transition in interpretation dielectric parameters from macromolecules to molecular complexes in alive cells. On an example of a universal control system of cells (adenylatecyclase system) the opportunity of study by a method EHF-dielectrometry of processes of cells regulation in an alive cells in real time, in conditions which exclude its destruction is shown. The finding - out of processes of transfer of the information in cells is a key to understanding of ability of live organism, to forecasting genetic and functionalities in different aspects of mutual relation with an environment.
