The new derivatives of 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidinones, pyrimido[1,2-a]benzimidazolones and imidazo[1,5-b]pyridazines have been synthesized. Two low toxic compounds with expressed antioxidative, hypoglycemic and inflammatory properties have been revealed after pharmacological screening.
