The goal of the work was to identify the proinflammatory cytokines role-interferon (IFN), a tumor necroses factor (TNF), as well as interleukin - 8 (IL-8) in immunopathogenesis of infection-inflammatory diseases of anogenital area by means of studying of connection of these cytokines production and other immunity indices and duration of pathological process character. On the base of the determined disorders it was worked out a new scientific-based approach to optimization of medical technologies of patients treating.
