Has been obtained, that substrate makes key impact on the formation of maximums of surface cluster atoms sputtering infectivity. Has been shown, that process of substrate sputtering takes place as a result of spreading of collision cascade from cluster range deep into monocrystal, and substrate acts a drain of energetic cluster atoms.
