The perspective tendences of ecological data accessing, which provide the combined use of aircraft, space and ground-based systems for ecological monitoring are considered in the report. The algorithm of use satellite's data about the emergency measure, which will be accept during the operative decisions for different levels of economics management was suggested. The given results are able to be used in the development perspective schemes of placing the productive forces, adjustment activity of man-caused assignment for single constituents of the biosphere about regional and national level.
