The object of researches is the unstationary and extreme processes of structure forming in powder metallurgy and composite materials. Methods - optical and electronic microscopy, tests of physical and technological properties of powders, thermal-gravimetry, mechanical tests. Principles of temperature-time treatment of metallic melts and their atomization by water with the use of the unstationary regimes are grounded; the mechanism of strengthening treatment of multicomponent alloys on the basis of aluminium is set; the mechanisms of the powder metallurgy materials structure forming under unisothermal supersolidus liquid-phase sintering are set; bases of treatment of composite materials with polymeric matrix using the electromagnetic fields are developed. The practical use of the developed recommendations willallow to get steels, alloys and composite materials with high and managed properties, that does them competitive in the world market.
