Making paths of layer structures under surface treatment using liquid layers and concentrated energy sources have been determined. The making principles of the microcrystalline boron-containing materials with high index of strength, plasticity, corrosion resistance and wear-resistance under high temperature and load have been developed. Analytic treatment of thermodynamic and kinetic conditions for peritectic and eutectic layer structure initiation by the example of multicomponent alloys containing iron-based, aluminum-based and copper-based with transition metals has been realized. It's determined the concentrated energy sources effect intensifying a diffusive processin solid - liquid and liquid states promote the layer structure. Mechanism of structure and properties formation of the layer composition materials with German silver connective and filler - alloy having microcrystalline structure are investigated. Obtaining results can be used in thermal and chemicothermal treatment of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, composition materials development and coat - methods of wear-resistant layer coating.
