The most optimal approaches to the synthesis of different fluorophores containing amino group which could be used for the condensation with 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid have been developed. Basing on the investigation of spectral properties of fluorofor-receptor system with the structural fragments of styryl base it was shown that by the coordination of negatively charged species (anions) the conversion of electron nature of the system takes place.
