Effective ways have been developed of chemical drafting calcium-binding protein molecules without considerable violation of their native properties. 2. The rate constants have been determined of direct and reverse reactions of the interaction of calcium ions (analyte) with a molecule of calcium-binding protein, the latter being a receptor matter of the active cover of biosensor. 3. Quantum-chemical calculations have been carried out of the spatial and electron structures of separate loops of parvalbumine molecule used for pesentation of a comprehensive and grounded picture of the conformational changes occuring due to the peptide addition to silica surface followed by calcium ion binding with parvalbumine. 4. A technique has been developed of depositing a sensitive layer from carbon nanotubes onto the piezo quartz slab without changing its working parameters what let it possible to create a sensitive sensor for hydrocarbon gasoline fraction. 5.
