The influence of weakly polar compounds on the adsorption of water to microporous carbon adsorbents and nanotubes was investigated by the 1H NMR spectroscopy. It was obtained the preliminary results on investigation of the systems with proton-donor polymer/nanooxide/water by using broadband dielectric relaxation spectroscopy, which demonstrate a high proton conductivity in the systems at temperatures T > 200 K.
