A magnetically sensitive nanocomposite based on magnetite coated with a poly(acryl amide) layer was developed. On its base, we created a model of a magnetically controlled medical mean (a magnetosensitive nanocomposite with adsorbed platidiam) having cytostatic activity which was studied "in vitro". We developed methods of synthesis of magnetically sensitive nanocomposites based on nano-crystalline magnetite modified with г-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, titanium dioxide by the molecular layering method, aluminium hydroxide-oxide.
