The behavior of the multiterminal SINIS devices is studied in the regime when Josephson current flowing through all of the layers is controlled by the injection current through either single SIN junction or through the N-film, as well as in the regime when the injection current through a single junction (SIN) modulates current-voltage characteristic of the second junction (NIS). MoRe - fulleren C60 - MoRe structures are fabricated. Current transport through ultra-thin films of fullerene C60 is experimentally studied as well. It is shown that decreasing part of the magnetic field dependence of density of an critical current in films HTS can be explained by formation of the Abrikosov-Josephson vortices in the low-angle boundaries. Theoretical model of the linear microwave response of thin superconducting films with arbitrary distribution of trapped magnetic flux is developed. A hybrid integrated circuit of the microwave band-passfilter in the decimetric wave band made of thin films of YBCO is fabricated and studied.
