The results showed that expression and character of influence of the thymus, spleen and axillar lymphatic nodes on the bone morphogenesis depend on the immune status and the age of the organism. Thymectomy and cyclophosphanum use causing immunosupression, lead to the changes in ultrastructure of the hydroxyapathite crystals which has an adverse effect on mineralization processes, decreases bone strength and slows the rate of bone growth. The young and mature rats deficient in hormones and under cyclophosphanum influence exhibit the suppression of the osteogenic function of the epiphyseal cartilages.
