In development of suppurative diseases leading role belongs to staphylococci, the participation of other gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria in their etiology is less significant. Besides the antibiotics have immune suppressive properties, that boosts immune deficiency. One of the reasons of long-termed bacterial persistence in organism of the host is the commodity of substances inactivating the factors of immunity. In particular, the capacity of bacteria to inactivate lysozyme, complement, and immunoglobulins is detected. The deficit of T- and B-systems of immunity, decrease of functional activity of immune cells promotes lingering and chronic duration of diseases. The immune status of patients with suppurative diseases called conditionally pathogenic bacteria is examined. Immune status was characterized by disturbance both cell and humoral links of immunity. Influence of conditionally pathogenic bacteria on humoral and on the cell factors of immunity is defined. The metabolism of cyclical nucleotides in lymphocytes and its role in formation of immune suppression under influencing of conditionally pathogenic bacteria is examined. Influence of bacteria on apoptosis of immune cells is determined. The main outcomes of the research are used in practice of 5 hospitals of Lugansk region. The obtained data are included in educational process of 3 medical universities of Ukraine. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
