The variability of particular parameters and the peculiarity of periodic fluctuations of typical marine parameters are considered. The electronic atlases, which contain the main particularities of the functioning of some important and vulnerable shelf ecosystem, are prepared. On the base of simulated situations, the methods to decide a problem or to prevent a disastrous change of ecological condition of environment are offered, including the forecast of development of disastrous high water in the Crimea that may lead to destructions in riverbeds and disadvantage influence of flood flow on coastal area. Advantage of mathematical modeling is an estimation of influence of natural forces on various extractive complexes as well.
