The aim of project is to develop the experimental system for the wind wave monitoring and prediction over the region of oil and gas production over the North-West Black Sea to create the extremal weather changes forecasting technique. The applied methods: recent methods and techniques were used to study the hydrometeorological fields variability, in particular, dynamic modelling based on recent numerical models, models of waves generation and propagation over the North-West Black Sea. It was studied the Black Sea hydrometeorological fields variability based on mesoscale wind-wave numerical model (adopted ММ5 - model version) and wind-wave numerical model (adopted WAM model) using global re-analyses NCER/NCAR and regional historical data sets. Wind-wave fields experimental study was realized on the marine platform "Galitsino" in the open Black Sea, next, thenew technical approaches to study the small-scaled air-sea interaction.
