It is shown that the character of the incorporation and distribution of thallium in KDP and ADP crystal lattices is limited by the differences in the ionic radii of K+, NH4+ and Tl+ cations, as well as by the charge states of the growth planes of the prism {100} and pyramid {101}. The model of the incorporation of organic luminophors in KDP crystal lattice is built.
