The promising regions of concentrators are selected on the basic of plotting the liquidus surface of Ti-Zr-Fe system and the brazing alloys of the new generation are offered for brazing of titanium alloys and dissimilar joints in medicine, nuclear power engineering and other industries. Representation of widened about the surface properties of cast and amorphous brazing alloys; structure and chemical heterogeneity of experimental brazing alloys and brazed joints, their mechanical properties are investigated. Chemical interaction of salt melts of a basic system K,Al,Si/F with additions was investigated in brazing of aluminium with titanium. Challenging flux-brazing alloy systems are established for brazing Al and Ti without use of barrier coatings. Technology of manufacture of reactive fluxes and key technology of high-temperature brazing in argon of standart units of heat-exchagers have been developed.
