The purpose of work - a substantiation of methods of management of a superficial drain Agricultural territories. Methods of researches - laboratory - field researches, mathematical modelling of processes of autopurification of water objects and the state-of-the-art review of the literature. It is proved, that the parameter cloudy waters is closely connected to intensity of a drain and antierosion stability of ground and changes within the limits of 0,01-214,0 kg / m3. The factor of correlation between intensity of deposits and cloudy waters in the river makes waters 0,68-0,92 depending on a condition of agrolandskape. The developed mathematical models and algorithms allow not only is qualitative, but also quantitatively to investigate all complex physical, chemical and biological processes which essentially influence formation of quality of superficial waters on surfaces of a reservoir.
