Aim of research - detection of epizootic situation on babesiosis of animals in Ukraine, study of the character of morpho-functional and metabolic changes in dogs' organism under the spontaneous and experimental babesiosis, development of the serologic methods of diagnostics and scientifically approved treatment regimen and specific prevention of this pathology. Methods of research - epizootic, clinical, hematological, biochemical, immunological, serological, statistical. It is discovered that under the first stage of sharp phase of disease dogs have immunodeficiency state of cellular and humoral sections of the immunity. It is shown that the analysis of the protein metabolism of sick dogs under babesiosis indicates the development of dysproteniemia in their blood against a background of hypoalbumiemia. The affection of hart, liver, pancreas, and kidneys is determined using pathology-morphological research. It is proved by experimental and wide works researches that the dose of 1,75 mg/kg of body weight of Diminasen Aceturat in 3,5% of water is therapeutic effective and safe for animals. The way of comprehensive treatment is proposed. The technique of hyperimmune against babesiosis blood serum is developed, and it is proved that the using of it is the measure of dogs' sharp disease development prevention. The technique of antigen for serological diagnostics of animals' babesiosis is developed. The dynamics of puppies' antibody titers (by compliment fixation test) after experimental infection by Babesia Canis and hyperimmune antibabesiosis blood serum introduction is investigated.
