The purpose of work - creation and introduction in building production of new machines and equipment for large powered complex-mechanized performing the stucco work, in accordance with use the mortars, as well as essential expansion of range of application of using the developped equipment. As a result of execution research effort there were are received following scientific and research results. It is advanced design and is made experimental-industrial sample of the hydraulic droved stucco station SS-4G, equiped with hydraulic droved mortar pump RNG-4, and studied its capacity to work in conditions of usages on construction site. Theoretically way of mathematical modeling and experimental with use the laboratory stands is explored the influence of different factors on value of expenseses of electric power in mixing process and reduction to standard of mortar in bunker-mixer of stucco station SS-4G. Mathematical model of work hydraulic droved mortar pump RNG-4 is designed in composition of stucco station. It is designed working documentation (the technical passport and operating instructions) on created equipment. Studied influence of composition, mobilities of mortars, velocities of their motion in torchlight, distances sniffle from processed surface, angles of slopping sniffle to surfaces in horizontal and vertical planes on level of inconvertible losses of mortars to account of recoils. They are created suitable controlled sniffle the new designs and explored efficiency of their work under mechanized compressorless fixing solutions on processed surfaces. It is designed small-dimensioned mobile mortar-mixing plant URZ-3,8 idle time of design for mechanization of finishing works at construction of small buildings. It isdesigned strukture and is made experimental-industrial sample single-piston mortar-pump RN-4А simplified designs for mortar-mixing plant. It is organized studies durability different material and covering the cartridge cases, as well as material and designs cuffes for the reason increasing of reliability of work developped mortar-pump. The recommendations is designed on base of results of ed studies on introduction in building production complex-mechanized technologies of performing the finishing work on the base of hydraulic droved stucco station SS-4G, providing improvement of technical-econmic factors of work execution, in accordance with use the mortars.
