The aim of the work is the development of material for protection and sealing of pavements on the artificial structures and the relating normative documentation for their application. The method of the study is theoretically experimental. Search, analysis of bibliography and normative documents, production of pre-production batch and experimental implementation of the developed material is carried out. As a result of the performed work the polymeric-mineral composition is created for repair and accommodation of the protective layer of the pavement as a damp proof course of transport structure pedestrian pavement constructions.
