These videoimages are containing a measuring information about performances. The possibilities of compression of videoimages in the measuring channel of the automated measuring system are considered. The requirements to hardware of the measuring channel are formulated which ensure a necessary precision of measurements. The mathematical models are developed and the evaluation of errors of outcomes of measurements is carried out. The state of source of raw materials for manufacture of building products from a natural stone is investigated (on an example of deposits of Zhitomir area).
