Study Purpose - Finalizing the order of action and the development of respective normative documentation for the cases of detection of raw materials of animal origin contaminated with veterinary drugs, pesticides and other toxic substances aiming at reliable veterinary-sanitary control in the toxicological respect. Methods - Analysis of European Union normative documents regarding safety of the livestock farming products as well as those currently in force in Ukraine. Results - Directions were worked out regarding the order of actions in the circumstances of detection in raw materials of animal origin veterinary drugs, pesticides and other toxic substances in excess of the maximum permissible levels (MPL), including the procedure for taking necessary measures. The Directions will be used as a normative-juridical document at industrial complexes, livestock breeding farms and cash farms. Manufacturing raw materials of animal origin, storage and reprocessor enterprises irrespective of patterns of ownership. Field of Application - veterinary Medicine.
