The mathematical model of process of a gasification of bad quality coal highly power to the water ferry with obtaining of synthesis - gas (СО+Н2) and formation of infrequent hydrocarbon is designed. The geotechnology of a underground gasification ill-conditioned of seams and low qualitative of coal in synthesis gas (СО+Н2) is designed. By laboratory researches of interplay of coal with highly power to the water ferry the geotechnological parameters of process of a gasification and synthesis of carbohydrate fractions are determined.
