For the production of ceramic sintered nanomaterials the different methods of consolidation was used: spark plasma sintering (SPS) with the controlled parameters and hot pressing, including high pressure sintering under pressure up to 4 GPa. Preparation of TiCxNy nanopowder to sintering conducted by gas - thermal treatment in hydrogen and nitric - hydrogen mixture. Optimization of consolidation methods was made throughout parameters pressure - temperature - time for the receipt of dense nanocrystalline ceramics. The microstructure, phase composition, substructure and other features of crystalline structure of initial nanopowder and sintered nanoceramics by the methods of x-ray analysis, optical and high-resolution electronic microscopy were investigated. The study of nanoceramics Ti-C-N mechanical properties was conducted. The increase of mechanical properties due to a nanograined structure was set.
