Decrease of amplifiers noise temperature was reached with help of optimization of electrodynamic structures of amplifier hybrid-integrated circuits, namely by application of waveguide-coplanar (in the range of up to 26 GHz) and waveguide-slot (in the range of 26-40 GHz) transmission lines that have much lower losses. Creation of given amplifiers demanded S-parameters measurement technology concerning transistors mentioned transmission lines, development of strict electrodynamic models of basic heterogeneity that are used in production of resistance transformers (matching circuit) engineering developmental work connected with creation of amplifier models. As a result of development a sample of selective low noise transistor amplifier on one lining of modern polymer composite material has been created that has high electric characteristics, meets the requirements of reliability, manufacturability and low expense upon production.
