M., Registration Date 18-01-2007 Organization Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry NASU popup.description2 Scientific and technological foundations of the selective and high-stable sensory systems creation were developed for ecological monitoring in particularly for selective detection biologic receptors analogues. During the performing project the artificial analogues of biologic receptors (antibodies, herbicide-bonding albumen D1) were created that combined in themselves the exclusive selectivity of biomolecules with stability of synthetic polymers (in contrast to biological materials) at the extremal conditions. In order to create such receptors the matrix polymerization (molecularly imprinting) method was applied in the combination with computer simulation one. This provided the formation of the artificial receptors possessing optimal properties. The possibility was studied to use the polymers-biomimics as the sensitive elements of the conductometric and capacitive sensors for detection of the environment pollutants with the detecting limit 15 nМ and 100 nМ correspondingly, and the new approaches to increasing the sensitivity of the sensory systems developed as well. The structure of the artificial analogues of biologic receptors was studied by means of the modern physical-chemical methods.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
