The expanded map of the nonthermal radio emission distribution in our Milky Way Galaxy and the radio images of the supernova remnants have been built with the UTR-2 radio telescope. The individual pulsar's impulses and the essential variation of their intensity, which is connected with dynamic processes in the inner magnetospheres of the neutron stars, have been discovered for the first time at decametric wavelengths. The high efficiency of the carbon recombination line observations for diagnostics of the cold cosmic plasma has been shown. The effects of the evolution for the quasars and the galaxes with jet structure have been studied, the ratio of luminosities depending on red shift.
