Objective: to substantiate new treatment methods for adolescent girls with MFD on the basis of studying the state of central and peripheral hemodynamics. Methods: clinical, instrumental, (computer aided REG, ultrasonic dopplerometry of the heart, uterus and ovaries), radioisotopic, immunofermentative and biochemical. Theoretical and practical results: it has been shown that most of the patient with MFD have disorders in cerebral hemodynamics and in uterine and ovarian blood supply. It has been established that disorders of cerebral blood flow are most frequent in girls with PUB and primary amenorrhea. The type of hemodynamics, damaged links of cerebral vascular bed and peculiarities of uterine and ovarian blood supply are different for different MFD clinical variants. Certain dependence of dopplerometric findings of the MFD general duration has been proved. Correlation between the findings of regionalhemodynamics and hormonal status has been revealed. It has been established that an acceleration of uterine and ovarian blood flow takes place against the background of a significant rise in blood histamine content. A technology of differentiated treatment of adolescents with MFD has been designed. Novelty: There have been broadened some notions as to pathogenetic mechanism of MFD development in puberty, taking into consideration the influence of cardiovascular disorders. Effectiveness: in patients with PUB effectiveness of homeostatic methods in the absence of disorders in uterine and ovarian blood supply comes to 88 %, while in the presence of such disorders it totals 46,4%. In patients with other MFD forms and with normal ovarian blood supply clinical efficiency of the treatment, including vitamin E magnetoacustophoresis, totals 83%, and in cases of blood supply disorders it comes to 22,4 %.
