The objective of research - development and improvement of technological processes with use submicron of construction techniques for creation of sensing elements of devices of visualization of radiation from objects in infrared range of a spectrum, security of a high adhesion of dielectric besieged films and high velocity of their deposition (1-2 microns/minute) at temperature is lower 300°С. Development construction techniques of manufacturing nonstructural of elements for designs pyroreceivers. Methods of a research - statistical analysis of effect electrophysical and thermalphysic of performances of materials for sensing layers. The technological technique of production of patterns multi-element pyroreceivers because of water-repellent of a chip СН3СН (NH2) CO2H both technique of a research of patterns and materials by methods of a atomic-load-carrying microscopy is developed. The laboratory sample of a material of a sensing layer with a factor of merit 3*10^(-10) coulomb*m/joule is created. The optimum "know-how" of materials of sensing layers with a minimum quantity of defects is developed. Prognostic of the assumption concerning development of objects of a research - search optimum construction techniques nanocomposit of linings and production of sensing layers of sensors with a factor of merit 3,5*10*10^(-10) coulomb*m/joule.
