Such difference in their efficiency is caused by different antigenicity of mentioned strains. This antigenicity is probably a result of evident changes of proteolytic activity upon cisplatin-resistance development. The acquiring by tumor cells drug resistance phenotype was indicated to be charactarised the increasing of proteolytic acivity. The in vivo investigation showed that the levels of proteolytic acivity may serve as prognostic marker of tumor cells cisplatin-sensitivity.
