Purpose of work: Development of new method of territorial long-term forecasting of maximum runoff of water and layers of flow of spring flood and realization of him in relation to flat territory of Ukraine. Research methods are the theoretical ground, multidimensional statistical analysis, spatial generalization of base characters of forming of spring flow and forecasting of sizes of maximum module coefficients and their probability. Obtained results: spatial presentation of the expected maximum runoff of water and layers of flow of flood and probability of their appearance in different parts of the explored territory.
