The guidelines for improvement of this cell type cryopreservation procedure were elaborated based on obtained parameters. It was shown that cryopreserved fetal liver cells transplanted in rabbits with experimental hypercholesterolemia caused the significant hypolipidemic effect. The transplantation of cryopreserved human fetal liver cells positively affected the proliferate-recovering processes in rat liver after partial hepatectomy and led to improvement of regenerative processes in rat liver with experimental cirrhosis.
