The main objective of this research is the development of the methodological approach to the integrated management of energy supply and energy consumption process, which accommodates decentralized generation and load management, designing of the technical project for the wintertime off-peak space heating in the Ivanivka school, Nyzhnyegirsk region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. The results of the research are: the procedure of the integrated management of energy supply and energy consumption process under the terms of Energy Market of Ukraine based on Integrated Resource Planning; the analysis procedure for evaluation of the current state and prospect development of the decentralized energy supply systems under the terms of Energy Market; risk structure for the long-term resource planning, which accommodates both centralized and decentralized generation; the technical project for the wintertime off-peak space heating in the Ivanivka school, Nyzhnyegirsk region, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea; investigation of the technical aspects of energy accumulating electrical space heating implementation in budgetary field.
