A purpose of a work is the colorimetric analysis of flares, studying of phenomena caused by flares, development and implementation of statistical algorithms for detecting of small photometric signals. A research method is multicolor synchronous monitoring using the Synchronous Network of remote Telescopes. Results and novelty - detailed colorimetric analysis of flares allowed estimating important characteristics of flares on EV Lac: temperature in maximum and on the descend of brightness, change of optical thickness and electronic concentration in the course of the flare development. The potential sources of short flashes in galaxies of such events, as coalescence of compact objects, neutron stars or black holes are studied.
