These phenomena and effects of multiplicity of the X-ray diffuse scattering are as follows in distinction from the kinematical case: the variation of the total (sum of Bragg-type and diffuse) integrated reflective power (TIRP) due to the distortions' increase and the variation of a selectivity of the TIRP sensitivity to defects of different kinds with variation of the diffraction conditions. Based on the above-mentioned phenomena and effects, the unique new-generation methods are developed, which provide the principally new functional diagnostics' possibilities, in particular, for the first time, the quantitative characterization of several kinds of defects in crystals (21-century certification). For the first time, the presence of the diffuse-scattering integrated-intensity dependence on the uniform macroscopic-deformation degree is proved experimentally.
