The spin dynamics of Mn2+ ions, in semiconductor QW on basis of diluted magnetic semiconductors (Zn, Mn)Se and (Cd, Mn)Te was studied in depending on intensity of optical and/or of a microwave irradiation. It had been ascertained the phenomenon of spin temperature heating of a subsystem of magnetic ions in QWs through interaction with retained in QW by two-dimensional electronic gas, through a cyclotron resonance of electrons of this gas and through EPR of magnetic ions. The magnetic field dependences of the exciton line width in thin QWs Cd1-yMgyTe/Cd1-xMnxTe/Cd1-yMgyTe with different contents of magnetic ions, x was explored experimentally and explained theoretically.
