The formation of regular structure polyaniline (PANI) is proved by Raman spectroscopy. Conducting Atomic Force Microscopy shows that PANI forms conducting clusters. The average dimension of conducting clusters PANI in a composite PANI/аm-PЕТ is 20 nm. It dimension is ten times less than for semicrystalline PEТ. It was found that the EPR spectra are induced by localized and delocalized paramagnetic centers.
