The purpose of the investigation is the increase of efficacy of prophylaxis and treatment of widespread stomatological disease (dental caries, parodontitis) by means of an influence on condition of the oral biocenosis. Methods of the investigation are: analytical, biochemical, morphological, histological, toxicological, microbiological, clinical, functional indexes. In this review the materials about elaborations of the methods of determina-tions of prebiotics in plants raw materials are presented. The methods of receiving of the prebiotic inulin from the chicory roots and the prebiotic from soy beans are spent (the claims for inventionals). The materials on elaboration of toothpaste "Bactulin", which contains probiotics bifidumbacteria and lactobacilli, prebiotic inulin, detergent cetavlon (SD, patent) are presented. The innocence of new tooth-paste is shown in toxicological researches. The materials on elaboration of a prescription of symbiotic, which contents inulin, probiotic (bifidumbacteria and lactobacilli) in the form of sublingual tablets are presented. The innocence of this preparation, its capacity for the stimulation a probiotic bacteria content, the reduction of a streptococcus content in experiments in vitro and in vivo are shown. The prescription of dental elixir "Chicory", which contents BAS from the chicory root, including fructooligosaccharides it posses the properties of prebiotic (SD, the claim for inventional) is elaboration. The prescription of dental elixir "Orange", which contents bioflavanoids of orange, is elaborated. Medical-prevention efficacy of new elixirs is shown under clinical conditions. The remedy for prophylaxis of sugar diabetes and its complications is elaborated (patent).
