The purpose of investigation is the increase of efficacy of prophylaxis and treatment of basic stomatological disease by means of introduction of new preparations. Methods of investigation are: experimental, biochemical, radioisotopical, clinical and statistical. The role of proteolysis in bone tissue in norm and in pathology is researched, the mechanism of action of elaborated preparations under experimental periodontitis, caries, osteoporosis, fractures is studied. As index for screening of osteogenesis' stimulators the ratio of value of total photolytic activity and elastase, which decreases under osteoresorption and increases under osteigenesis in bone tissue, is proposed. The role of elastase' inhibitor in the regulation of metabolism in bone tissue is investigated. The mechanism of action of elaborated preparations realized by means of specific proteolysis and optimization of bone mineralization. Radioisotopical investigations with 14C-glicin and Na235SO4 the anabolic action of soy-bean isoflavones on protein metabolism and glycosaminoglican synthesis in hard tissue in rats are shown.
