The band diagrams of crystals InI, TlI and ІnxТl1-xI are calculated. The program of experimental researches included measurings of absorption and reflection spectra, a photoluminescence in wide region of changes of intensity of excitations, temperatures, a componental composition of a substitution solid solution, polarization of light; X-ray diffraction investigations.
