Impedance spectra of Ag2CdI4 and Ag2HgI4 superionic conductors have been measured experimentally in a wide temperature range which includes the respective superionic transition temperatures. Detailed analysis and spectra modeling had been carried out. Infrared reflectivity of the Ag2CdI4 was for the first time measured in temperature range 10-420 K. Phonon modes parameters and their temperature dependencies were obtained.
