The lithium ion introduction processes into the structural channels of the given materials of different modifications (rutile, anatase, alfa-quartz, beta-cristobalite beta-tridymite) are explored. The tendency in reconstruction of electronic structure of TiO2 in the process of its intercalation by lithium ions are traced on the basis of analysis of x-ray photography emission spectra. It is shown, that is possible both titania pre-oxidation, and formation of the multiphase system as a result of such reconstruction at the definite intercalation degrees. Possibilities of thermal, chemically and laser modification of nanoporous carbon with the purpose of improvement of its physical and chemical properties as electrode material of supercapacitors were explored. It is set, that introduction of metals with high density of the electronic states (Mn, Cr) into nanoporous carbon results in substantial (30-40 %) reduction of internal resistance of supercapacitors. Laser treatment enables to support coulomb efficiency of the given capacitors at a level ~ 1 during 10000 cycles. Basic physical and chemical properties of intercalates of low-dimensional structures on the basis of nanodispersed forms of titania and silica, magnesium hydroxide and synthetic magnesium silicate were explored. The choice of indicated materials is grounded and technology of its obtaining is developed. The processes of lithium introduction into the given materials are optimized. The electric current sources are created on their basis; their operating descriptions (specific capacity and specific energy) exceeded known in the world analogues in 2 - 3 times.
