Varieties carrying the rye 1AL/1RS translocation were revealed: Ekspromt, Kolumbua, Zolotokolosa, Vesnyanka, Smuglyanka, Rastavytsa. and unique QTL were studied using storage proteins as genetic markers (the loci Gli-B1, Gli-D1, Gli-A3, Glu-A1, Glu-B1, Glu-D1). Effects of marker loci on the manifestation of productivity traits were determined: in particular, the positive dominant effect of the Glu-B1 locus, the negative dominant effect of the Glu-D1 locus, effects of interlocus interactions. Using analysis of hybrid seeds, a number of storage protein alleles of Ae. biuncialis were identified. The development of wheat lines combining adwantages of the presence of the rye 1BL/1RS translocation and high grain quality (the allele Glu-B1b* from Odesskaya Krasnokolsaya) was started.
