Structural changes in the export of the Ukrainian commodities and tendency of penetration of import to the internal market of Ukraine are determined. It is set, that the structure of Ukrainian to the export is comparative with a pre-reform period changed small, except for the losses that tested the heavy engineering. The tendencies of penetration to the internal market of import of machine-building and metallurgical products increase on conditions of low competitivenessof the Ukrainian producers. Priorities of specialization of Ukraine in the world division of labor due to introduction of the complex export strategy oriented to the increase of stake of highly technological export are grounded.
