Social aspects of socio-economic potential of region: labour productivity and method of its estimation are considered.The organizational-economic mechanisms and institutional pre-conditions are typified on: to save and develope of human potential; to strengthening of educational potential; to appreciation of value of labour force taking into account the prospects of entrance of Ukraine in ES, WTO and other international organizations and considering the consequences expected. The methodical approaches to estimation and increase of socio-economic efficiency of innovative-investment activity in a region are developed by means of program-and-aimed method.
