Purpose of the work: to create technology of production of the high-purified preparation of thrombin using solvent-detergent method of antiviral treatment; to pick up the optimal conditions of activating of prothrombin into thrombin; to purify thrombin using the method of affinity chromatografy; to eliminate the agents, that provide inactivation of the viruses. The methods of alcohol, salt and PEG-fractionating, solvent-detergent treatment and affinity chromatografy on Sylochrom-Active brightly blue were used in the scientific work. The degree of introduction: the recieved results became the article for the request on an invention. Industry of application: stations of blood transfusion, chemico-pharmaceutical factories, scientific organizations. Efficiency: the methods of biospecific chromatografy, which were used in a process of educing and purifying of thrombin, allow to elіminate 3-(n-buthyl) a phosphate and Triton X-100 comletely - potentially toxic agents.
