Complex introduction of P450 2E1 inductor with inhibitor (disulfiram) greatly decreased p-nitrophenolhydroxylase activity, normalised testis cells chromatine components and lipids, decreased preimplantation lost of fetuses and fetal death. In experiments on female rats it was established that treatment with pyrazinamide in doses 250 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg was accompanied by dose dependent decreasing of microsomal monooxygenases activities, cytochrome P 450 and b5 contents, increasing of free radical processes activities, disturbances in liver and placenta cells membranes structures lipid contents.At pyrazinamide introduction in dose 1000 mg/kg terms of estral cycle was prolonged and females reproductive ability was decreased.
